Like its sister three bedroom flat, this was bought as a unfinished shell. Again, we added value to the floor plan by making some changes to the layout. The original bathroom was made smaller and the space gained was turned into a walk-in wardrobe area with access between the bedroom and bathroom. The previously planned kitchen island was removed in favour of two small banks of kitchen units in an L shape. This opened the room to give better flow between the cooking-dining and lounge zones.
