Our clients had bought the property specifically to rent out short term. We were tasked with turning this from a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat to 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. To do this we created hallways, changed door positions and maximized usable space.
Our first time exposing brick was a great success. A whole wall and part of a wall were exposed for a more rustic look. We were lucky with the quality of the wall beneath, but still created a very good end product. We cleaned the plaster right back, re-pointed the brickwork and covered the whole area with a coat of sealant to provide protection without too much shine.
